About the Speakers

Parisa is a business lawyer at MDK Business Law focusing on privacy and corporate/commercial matters. While attending law school at the University of Ottawa, she was involved in multiple executive student associations, including acting as President of the International Commercial Trade Law Students Association. Prior to law school, Parisa obtained her BBA, with a specialization in international business, and worked at a start-up, assisting with marketing, sales and human resources.

Justin Clory is an articling student of MDK Business Law. He graduated from uOttawa Common Law in June 2021. As an articling student, Justin has received experience in many different client matters in order to discover which area in business law will be his passion.
