Immigrant Women Services Ottawa

The Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work (CCRW) supports job seekers secure equitable employment opportunities, while supporting businesses and employers in fostering inclusive workplaces. CCRW offers a range of employment services and resources. Some CCRW resources include the Disability Confidence Toolkit, Untapped Talent Job Board, Career Management Portal, and more.
CVE (Career and Vocational Evaluation)
CVE provides specialized employment programs to help those facing disadvantages to help them find employment in the community. The organization works to help employers diversify their teams, while providing clients with valuable resources to support their personal development and mental health.
LiveWorkPlay
The LiveWorkPlay employment supports team are labour market specialists who bring employers and employees with intellectual disabilities together for mutually beneficial employment relationships.
Ready, Willing & Able (RWA)
RWA connects employers with recommended candidates with intellectual disabilities or autism. They also offer training, resources, and tailored support to foster inclusive workplaces.
EARN
The Employment Accessibility Resource Network (EARN) is a community wide initiative led by United Way East Ontario including Ottawa, Lanark County, Renfrew County, and the United Counties of Prescott Russell, that brings together in partnership employers, service providers and other stakeholders with the goal of increasing employment opportunities for people with disabilities and promoting inclusive and accessible workplaces.
